Shipping
Orders placed and paid on a business day are usually shipped within 48 hours from the atelier. During drops and peak periods, processing can take a little longer.
Delivery estimates after dispatch
- Netherlands: 2 to 5 business days
- Belgium: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 business days
- Outside Europe: 7 to 14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Qualifying orders may include free shipping. You receive track and trace details by email once your order is on its way.
Returns
You have 14 days after delivery to return unworn items with original tags attached. Contact us via the contact page with your order number to start a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refunds are processed after inspection, usually within 14 days
